WHEN IS A PRODUCT FAULTY?
A product is considered faulty if:
   •    it does not work due to a manufacturing defect;
   •    it is not fit for purpose as advertised prior to purchase; or
   •    it has been damaged during shipment to you.


PROOF OF PURCHASE
A valid proof of purchase is either:
   •    a legible copy of your store receipt; or
   •    a copy of your email order confirmation.
